From Board

Dear Respected Readers...

Zae Zaenuddin has run FIC Borneo since his return from his study at the Center for Religious and Cross-cultural Studies (CRCS) Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 2005 together with Ibrahim M. Saleh who is now finishing his doctoral program at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Both Zae Zaenuddin and Ibrahim M. Saleh are lecturers at State College for Islamic Studies (STAIN) Pontianak. The forum is mainly focusing on cross-cultural relationships and peacebuilding activities for the community of Borneo. Research and training are among activities that have been running since the establishment of the forum. The forum also welcomes foreigners interested in conducting research projects and offers assistantships for other community development activities. Contact the director for further information about FIC Borneo partnership programs.
